Refund policy

At Humanify Healthcare, we are committed to giving the best services. With this in mind, we want to ensure that there is space for professionals who want to take the course. Please cancel your scheduled class at least 24 hours before the class. 

Only 50% of the initial payment will be refunded if you cancel your scheduled class less than 48 hours before class start time. There will be no refund if you do not come to the class. Any other situation would be subject to approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
